He is recognized internationally as an authority on Digital Transformation and Business Agility, and received a Lifetime Achievement award for industry leadership (itSMFZA), and has received other thought-leader accolades, for digital transformation (HDI), Agile, Customer Experience, and Business Management (thinkers360).

He also authored the EXIN Scrum Master & Product Owner Handbook and authored or co-authored some other dozen books on IT and business – some translated into Spanish, German, and Mandarin.
