Stefan started his IT career during his school days and never had any doubts about it. He was always fascinated of the symbiosis of people and computers. Computers alone have never been an option for him, IT has to serve the people, make their daily work better. After 15 years as an external consultant in IT servicemanagement, especially with process design and costumizing in service management tools he became a freelancer. After ITIL, Prince2, BMC, Omninet and many other frameworks, methods and tools he decided to go for the question, why projects fail. These days he is working as a consultant and project manager with a strong relation to servant leadership and management of change. It’s not enough to find a good solution, it’s also important to help the people use it.
